Oleificio Cericola at Enoliexpo 2026: Bari, 19–21 March
From 19 to 21 March 2026, Enoliexpo 2026 returns to Bari for three days dedicated to machinery, technologies, and services for the olive oil, wine, and beer production sectors, with an increasingly strong focus on technical training.
Within this context, Oleificio Cericola will take part in the exhibition to present two areas that bring tangible value to olive growing: the design and management of olive grove planting projects( from orchard establishment through to productive cultivation) and process innovation in the field of olive de-stoning technology.
Enoliexpo 2026 places innovation and internationalisation at the heart of the event, encouraging connections between technology companies, producers, industry professionals, and international buyers, with particular focus on the Mediterranean region.
Alongside the exhibition stands, the conferences form an integral part of the experience — a format that makes the trade fair especially valuable not only for networking opportunities, but also for those seeking practical and operational insights. The conference programme.
The role of Oleificio Cericola
Oleificio Cericola will present its experience in turnkey olive grove planting services, with particular focus on hedgerow cultivation systems and the use of PVC tree supports to guide and protect young olive trees. The project covers several stages:
- orchard design and planning,
- agronomic support,
- harvesting, olive mill processing, bottling, and sales.
The second key area is de-stoning technology — a technological choice centred on quality.
Within the history of Oleificio Cericola, the de-stoner was introduced in 1999 by Pietro Leone, paving the way for the production of de-stoned olive oil and for the recovery of nocciolino as part of a circular economy approach. Leggi Dalla Puglia, il miglior nocciolino d’oliva.
