Apulia in Oil History

Land of conquest, of sea and olive trees.  Apulia for thousands of years is dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees. Testimony of the first cultivations of olive trees in Apulia, impressively dates back to the Neolithic period and from that point it is understandable how truly important were olive trees for early man.

Land of many-faces, the olive tree are the most ancient rural landscape existing and delineates the different Apulian counties. Oil Mill Cericola rise in Basso Tavoliere, in the Foggia countryside. Golden colour mangrove, full of grain, mixes with centuries-old massive and majestic olive trees.
